If you are involved in a team or sports club we can also do education sessions for a group of people, whether its players or coaches or parents. Topics can include:
Fuelling for…….this includes advice on meal & snack preparation for the busy athlete
Recovery from……this includes a section on the influence of alcohol & poor sleep on recovery
Hydration…..including hydration testing if required
Game/Event Day nutrition…..especially important if it’s a multi-event competition
