Nutri Vive Nutrition Clinic also accepts referrals from GP’s, Hospital Consultants and other health care professionals such as Physiotherapists etc.

A referral letter is not essential but can provide useful information in advance ie diagnosis, medical history and relevant bloods.

Progress report letters are always sent back to the referrer upon consent of the patient.
