Beetroot Smoothies (2 hours before exercise)
Two recipes to choose from;

200ml beetroot juice
150ml orange or cranberry juice
1 teaspoon lime juice
½ banana
½ teaspoon fresh ginger chopped
Handful baby spinach
Few drops vanilla extract

1 cooked beetroot (can be purchased already boiled and vaccum packed)
